As Recruiter you will support the HR-team by sourcing and attracting the right candidates for specific roles and creating the best candidate experience possible. You'll scale the recruitment engine that will suppport prado's ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond. This role is perfect for a student or intern who is available for minimum 1 day a week for an agreed period.

what you will do

• Manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles (technical, production, engineering, sales, and HQ positions).

• Source and interact proactively via LinkedIn as well as other jobboards.

• Screen candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

• Support our international hiring efforts as we continue expanding across Europe and beyond.

what we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Availability for an internship/student position for an agreed period, minimum 1 day/week.

• Strong interest in direct sourcing and stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Digital savvy, with interest in HR systems and tools.

• Experience with LinkedIn is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Passion for lighting or interior design is a nice-to-have.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
