To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst Digital Solutions. You play a central role by helping build a scalable, integrated digital and operational backbone across brands and international markets. You are deeply involved in the group-wide ERP-implementation while taking ownership of project coordination to ensure pragmatic solutions and controlled delivery. Beyond ERP, you drive the broader digitalization of operations by translating business needs across finance, supply chain, sales and operations into effective digital solutions.

This high-impact role requires strong analytical and execution skills. The ability to bring structure without unnecessary complexity and the confidence to challenge assumptions while maintaining momentum in complex transformation initiatives.

what you will do

  • Analyse and understand business processes end-to-end across brands and functions, including variations and exceptions

  • Translate business needs into clear, structured and prioritised process and system requirements

  • Act as a safeguard during digital transformations by challenging scope creep, unnecessary complexity and over-engineering

  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, discussions and feedback loops with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Take ownership or co-ownership of digital projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timing and budget

  • Support key users and process owners with in-depth analyses where time or expertise is lacking

  • Drive alignment across teams by clarifying ownership, resolving process gaps and enabling pragmatic standardisation

  • Act as a change agent during implementations and releases by clearly explaining what changes, why it matters and how it impacts daily work

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of prado’s digital and operational landscape after ERP go-live

  • Explore and experiment with AI-driven opportunities such as GenAI use cases, prompt engineering and AI-supported workflows where they add tangible value

  • Working closely with the CIO and functional leaders within prado

 

what we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, engineering, IT or a related field

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a business analyst, digital analyst, process analyst or transformation role, preferably in a scale-up, complex SME or consulting environment

  • Strong analytical and structured mindset with the ability to simplify complex organisations

  • Proven ability to document processes, requirements and solutions in a clear and pragmatic way

  • Comfortable combining analysis with hands-on exploration of applications and data

  • Experience or strong interest in ERP, CRM and integration platforms; familiarity with tools such as Dynamics, Business Central, CPQ, low-code platforms or iPaaS solutions is a plus

  • User-centric mindset with the ability to truly understand business problems and translate them into actionable improvement plans

  • Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders, key users and external partners

  • Pragmatic, resilient and able to push back when needed

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a strong plus
