To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Social Media & Community Marketeer. You will be part of a marketing team, working closely with designers, content creators, and performance marketers. From preparing posts to engaging in community management in the US market, you will gain hands-on experience with every aspect of social media management.
what you will do
Assist in managing, updating, and optimising social media accounts & other platforms across multiple brands and markets.
Help write, create, schedule, and publish posts in line with brand guidelines.
Support daily community management: responding to comments, questions, and direct messages.
Work together with US content creators and the performance marketing team to keep activity aligned across channels.
Monitor engagement data and help identify opportunities to improve content formats and frequency.
Contribute to the development and execution of a social media content calendar in collaboration with the branding team.
Stay curious about social media trends and suggest creative ideas to grow reach and engagement.
what we are looking for
Experience or strong interest in social media management, ideally for multiple brands or markets.
Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a feel for adapting tone of voice across brands.
You are organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
You are comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, though candidates with less experience will also be considered.
