To support this next phase of growth, we are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager. This role sits at the heart of our commercial engine and is responsible for designing, running, and continuously improving the end to end revenue system across brands, markets, and channels. As our footprint expands internationally and our portfolio grows through organic development and acquisitions, we need someone who brings structure without killing momentum. Someone who turns complexity into clarity. Someone who works shoulder to shoulder with sales leadership to make growth scalable and predictable.
This is a high impact role for an experienced operator who combines systems thinking, commercial instinct, and strong stakeholder management. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the COO and collaborate daily with marketing, finance and R&D teams.
what you will do
Own the end to end revenue flow across brands and markets, defining clear processes, roles, and handovers that scale.
Act as a strategic counterpart to the Head of Sales, strengthening pipeline quality, forecasting discipline, facilitating commercial meetings.
Support international expansion by identifying priority accounts and collaborating with sales and marketing on go to market plans.
Create structure, ownership, and visibility to unlock cross sell between commercial teams and brands.
Define and harmonise core commercial standards such as qualification, pricing guardrails, sample policies and forecasting methodology.
Own revenue data and performance visibility through clear metrics, dashboards, and forecasts leadership can trust.
Align CRM and tools with commercial reality to improve adoption, data quality, and automation.
Identify bottlenecks and growth levers, stepping in decisively when commercial execution or customer outcomes are at risk.
what we are looking for
Around 8 to 12 years of experience with proven stints in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial strategy, or a similar role within a fast scaling environment such as a scale up or complex international organisation.
Strong systems thinker who enjoys designing structure in complex environments.
Proven experience working closely with senior sales leadership and influencing without formal authority.
Commercially sharp with the ability to translate data into concrete growth actions.
Strong written and verbal communicator who brings clarity and alignment.
Comfortable with CRM, analytics, and automation tools, but always focused on business impact rather than tooling for its own sake.
Hands on, pragmatic, and resilient in a fast moving scale up context.
Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
